This gorgeous Mikimoto necklace features a 10-11mm Grade A Black South Sea pearl that hangs beautifully from an 18ct rose gold swirling looppendant. The pendant is further embellished with brilliant cut diamonds, totalling 0.23cts, giving this piece an extra sparkle.
