Crafted from 18ctrose gold, this intricateMikimoto necklace features exquisite white Akoya cultured pearls, ranging in size from 4.25-5mm, designed around an ornamental Japanesecherry blossom flower. The piece is further embellished with a 0.03ct brilliant cut diamond and is completed with an 18ct white gold chain, adjustable from 40 to 43cm in length.
