The Heritage Yellow Gold Diamond & Blue Guilloch Enamel Waterlily Surprise Locket features blue guilloch enamel and round white diamonds, set in 18k yellow gold. The locket opens to reveal an 18k yellow gold green guilloch enamel waterlily pad with a pink carved Mother of Pearl flower, set with a round diamond. The locket is 22mm and comes with a 50cm long chain in 18k rose gold.
